Tianjin Binhai New Area is another important economic development area following Pearl River Delta and Yangtz River Delta. With the change of investment strategy, it will be a new point of economic growth in China. In recent years, with the sustainable development of Tianjin Binhai New Area, the resources of the land has been become the main factor that makes the quick development of the area. Therefore, reclamation has been the main method for Tianjin Binhai New Area to obtain land resource. However, pass hydraulic to build engineering fields which still need very long time and then can carry on the follow-up construction. The traditional method of ground treatment have already cannot satisfy the development of modern society, look for a kind of technique that is more reasonable and economically. How to make the hydraulic fill mud become a foundation with a certain supporting capacity as soon as possible by additive, which will make the development more fast of the area and bring the huge economic performance to the reclamation.In this thesis, the hydraulic fill in Tianjin Binhai New Area is studied, the fast incrusted technology with vacuum preloading for hydraulic fill prepared to carry on the research. Based on the summary of the formers′study, make use of model test and laboratory test by the author, and how to make the hydraulic fill mud become a foundation with a certain supporting capacity as soon as possible by additive, thus limit the time and cost of the sea reclamation project. The main contents of this paper as following:1. Basing on the research about vacuum preloading, the mechanism of vacuum preloading, surcharge preloading and vacuum combined with surcharge preloading is compared in this paper.2. Aim at the model test, selecting by examinations four kinds of different design projects, to vacuum preloading experiment of hydraulic fill mud in outdoors.3. By analyzing the test results, a conclusion is discovered in this paper: under the function that the vacuum preloading, the soil body takes place the bigger consolidation settlement. The dissipation velocity of the pore-water pressure follow the depth the step-down trend, the dissipation velocity of the pore-water pressure nearby vertical drainage line be quick in the same depth soil body. The duricrust layer in the mud surface formation thickness 70cm and the degree of consolidation can attain 80 percent after vacuum preloading experiment. It is appeared by the physics experiment and mechanics experiment that it can obtain a good effect after the test, and which adds addition in hydraulic fill process. 4. Make use of gray relation method to choose the best one of four kinds of projects, then we get the more reasonable project by optimum.
