New mixed passenger and freight railway mainly uses the ballastless track structure in tunnel. Track structure has appeared a certain degree of disease after the opening and operation of the lines, which caused by the effect of construction quality, natural environment and train load. Dingshuiba tunnel is the longest tunnel in the project of extension of Guiyang-Guilin line, a lot of diseases appeared in the low vibration tracks in the tunnel after operation, which affect the safety and service seriously. This thesis took Dingshuiba tunnel as research background, reasonable remediation solutions are raised to slove these diseases based on the survey and analysis of diseases of ballastless track in tunnel, and studied the field performance index of unsupported bearing block disease as well as the construction organization.(1) According to the survey of track structure diseases in Dingshuiba tunnel, supporting block appears some diseases of unsupported baring blocks, cracking, breakage, embedded parts failures. Monolithic track bed appears some diseases of subsidence, cracking and breakage, surface emitting pulp and side ditch emitting mud. Breakage of tunnel basement and water leakage also appear. These diseases are mainly caused by the train load, the environment of the tunnel and the construction quality and other factors.(2) Reasonable disease treatments are proposed based on the existing treatments which are applied for the treatment of unsupported bearing blocks, subsidence of monolithic track bed, leakage and breakage of the tunnel to ensure that the tunnel structure has a good track operating condition.(3) Three lifting supporting blocks schemes are proposed and the mechanical model of rail and supporting block lifting is established, according to the requirement of replacement operation of baring block and the scheme of uplifting baring block by filling repairing materials at the bottom of rubber coat boot. Reasonable supporting block lifting height and optimum lengths of single fastener loosening are 0.17m and 18m respectively. The three track Jack lifting force in each scheme and the range of construction rail temperature are determined.(4) In order to effectively use the sky-light, construction organization is studied from the construction process, staff arrangement, work preparation and safety and quality measures, according to the contents of the scheme of filing repairing material under rubber coat boot. The study aims to improve the efficiency of the field remediation of unsupported bearing blocks.
