| This article takes Chongqing Fang Dou Shan tunnel disease treatment as a support project to carry out a detailed inspection of the tunnel lining structure.Based on this,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the health status of the tunnel.Based on this,the health value is the disease treatment of Fang Dou Shan tunnel.Provide reasonable treatment measures and analyze and evaluate the construction effects before and after the renovation.The main research content of this paper is as follows:1.Through detailed investigation and detection of the status of the Fang Dou Shan tunnel disease,the existing disease and defects of the entire tunnel are obtained,the types of the disease are classified,and the causes of the disease are analyzed.2.According to the test results of Fang Dou Shan Tunnel Disease,the main factors affecting the healthy state of the tunnel are determined,including seepage water,tunnel bottom disease,lining deterioration,crack and other diseases.The multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to build the health diagnosis system of the Fang Dou Shan Tunnel.The health state of the tunnel is evaluated by the tunnel grade classification method,the selection criteria of the diagnosis index and the standard of the tunnel health evaluation.The results of the evaluation result in the local destruction of the tunnel,and the treatment measures should be taken.3.According to the existing disease treatment technology at home and abroad,and the health status of the Fang Dou Shan Tunnel,the disease regulation scheme is put forward in accordance with the actual situation of the tunnel,and the construction technology is described.4.Using the general finite element software MIDAS GTS NX,the construction process of the Fang Dou Shan Tunnel is simulated,and the stress changes of the tunnel lining before and after the excavation and reinforcement of the inverted arch are analyzed and the causes are analyzed.Combined with the on-site construction plan,the construction process is optimized,and compared with the on-site monitoring data,a more reasonable and safeconstruction process is put forward.5.Evaluation of the treatment effect before and after the construction of the Fang Dou Shan Tunnel,a general-purpose finite element software MIDAS GTS NX,mainly includes the following three aspects: arch replacement,lining reinforcement,arch replacement,and lining reinforcement.In the evaluation,the stress of the lining,the settlement of the dome,and the equivalent stress of the surrounding rock were analyzed to see whether the treatment effect before and after the construction meets the needs of the disease treatment. |
