| With the current social and economic development,in order to further improve the national highway network,a large number of highway tunnels have been constructed.As the geology of the tunnels through is the increasingly complex.Especially through the swelling surround rock zone the tunnels disease is particularly significant.When swelling rock in contact with water,it can produce a volume expansion,softening and disintegration of mud and so on.Because of swelling rock structures for great harm worldwide each year up to hundreds of millions of dollars of economic loss caused by swelling rock,China is one of the hardest.hit countries,its construction resulted in more than serious economic loss and ecological damage to the environment.In the operating process of diseases caused by swelling rock in tunnel appears,a serious threat to tunnel structure and traffic safety.Through a large number of documents,based on the results of previous studies,Malingtou tunnel relying on causes and treatment of tunnel disease,using a combination of research,field testing and geological survey conclude that tunnel is mainly for pavement longitudinal cracks,longitudinal cracks of lining and circumferential cracks and water leakage.Causes of diseases for Malingtou tunnel mountain fault zone,fault zone lithology is shale and argillaceous Siltstone,and specific composition of mostly Montmorillonite,illite,chlorite and other clay minerals,with swelling.Fault zone water produced due to the expansion of disease distribution and fault line with the spatial relationship of the tunnel effect.Combination of measures for active water and passive consolidation method,using rebuild secondary lining,swelling rock in tunnel curtain Grouting technology in disease treatment.And according to the actual situation of swelling rock in tunnel defect treatment,some advice about treatment of water leakage and consolidation has been proposed and some useful conclusions have been summarized. |
