Abstract/Summary:
The secure transportation of concrete mixer truck is a urgent problem to be solved, whose rollover threatens people’s lives and causes huge loss of property to the people. The capacity of concrete mixer truck is larger and the location of the center of mass is higher. The mixing barrel revolves while the concrete mixer truck is driving and the position of the centroid is changing all the time. When the speed of the vehicle is slightly higher, the stability of vehicle becomes poor and rollover accidents are prone to take place. When the speed is faster in driving conditions for turn, the mixing drum of concrete centroid offsets larger and later acceleration of vehicle is relatively larger, resulting in accidents. The secure transportation of concrete mixer truck is very important, so the research on security of early warning system of concrete mixing transporter corners has important practical value.Firstly, this paper introduces the composition and structure of the concrete mixing truck, analyses the characteristics and mechanism of the concrete mixing truck’s working, studies the static position of the center of mass in concrete mixing truck、the rotary position of the center of mass in concrete mixing drum、the position of turning center of mass, summarizes the centroid position’s changing regularity on different working conditions. Secondly, this paper establishes a overturned physical model about the concrete mixing truck on bend conditions, obtains calculated methods of secure speed on different conditions. Thirdly, this paper uses MATLAB to simulate parameters in the concrete mixing truck on different working conditions,analyses some factors that affect the rollover, calculates areas of speed which are secure and dangerous about concrete mixing truck on different working conditions, obtains the relations of speed 、the steering wheel angles and slopes.Finally, based on theoretical study on the above, using Lab VIEW development platform, build a program block diagram, design the corresponding user and engineering front panel on the front panel, develop a warning system which can prevent rollover of the concrete mixing truck on curve conditions. The engineer on the front panel parameters can be manually or develop the interface program, users to the safety of the front panel to display the car speed, and make alarm for dangerous working condition. This paper uses platform of Lab VIEW to build a program about block diagram and design a user front panel and a engineer front panel. The engineer parameters can be manually set or develop the interface program on the front panel. The user panel displays the secure speed on the front panel and makes alarm for dangerous working conditions. The engineers set parameters on the front panel according to the requirements, then run the warning program to compare the analytical results with engineering examples, demonstrating the correctness of anti rollover warning program. The design of virtual instrument which is designed on the platform of Lab VIEW is concise、 intuitive and easy to interact with engineers. The system which is equipped with the corresponding sensors and related interfaces can show the secure speed of the concrete mixing truck on different working conditions, continue beeping for dangerous working condition and bright lamp at the same time, prompt drivers to respond in time to avoid rollover accidents.
