Research On Analysis And Evaluation Of The City Comprehensive Transportation System

With the development of the economy, the disposable income of residents’ gradually, the amount of motor vehicles and motorized travel demands growing rapidly, it is a big challenge to the city passenger transportation system. City passenger transportation system often take place the phenomenon, such as inconvenient passenger transferring, long waiting time, passengers stranding serious. In order to solve these problems, we must establish a city comprehensive transportation system with complete function. However, the coordinated development of city comprehensive transportation system needs to build a comprehensive evaluation index system, to make a reasonable evaluation. However, the current evaluation research on comprehensive transportation system scope mainly concentrated in the city or the whole country, lacks the research of city integrated passenger transport system. Based on this, this paper is discussing the analysis and evaluation of city comprehensive transportation system.Firstly, this paper discuss in detail about basic concepts of city comprehensive transportation system, the elements, the basic connotation, structure and mode of development. Secondly, analysis the key problem of city comprehensive passenger transport system: the basic development goals, the supply and demand factors, the city space, infrastructure construction, information service, the key transfer collaboration, and constructs the city comprehensive passenger transport system evaluation framework, mainly consists of six steps: first, clear objectives and characteristics of the clear principle; the establishment of index system; the construction of evaluation index system of city comprehensive passenger transport(including quantitative indicators); the selection of assessment method(AHP and membership function based on the entropy value method to determine the weight); the specific evaluation; the evaluation result analysis. Finally, takes the running effect of the evaluation of comprehensive passenger transport system in Chongqing city as an example, and analyzes the evaluation results.This study has great practical and guiding significance. The correct evaluation for the operational efficiency of city integrated passenger transport system, excepting to provide references for the relevant government departments to make important decisions in line with the passenger transportation development in the region.
