| With the development of the city economy and the quickening of urbanization of our country, the people know more and more profoundly, the urban transportation problem has become the social economic problem that have to affect extensively, so the research power to the urban transportation goes necessarily. Based on the research of relative document of all over the world, the paper researches the big urban comprehensive transportation system of our country in detail to direct the realized producing, from two aspects: choosing the development pattern and evaluating the system.This paper, based on the basic method of analyzing problem of system engineering, analyzes comprehensively the urban transportation system, including the structure, the function and the influence to the city space, and the outside effect factors of the system; based on them, this paper looks back to the transportion development since the found of the new china from four stages, and compares the big urban traffic situation with that of the developed countries, and analyzes the existent problem of the big urban transportation system, mainly including the urban transportation infrastructure shortage, the transportation structure absurdity and the lowly transportation management level, aimed at the existent problem, this paper, set out from three aspect: enlarging the transportation infrastructure construction, excellentting turn the transportation structure and strengthening the transportation management, inquiries into the development pattern of the big urban transportation system in our country and brings forward the concrete development strategy; and combined the research of the process of the urban transportion development , this paper establishes the guarantee system including the organization construction of manage, the policy establishment, the laws construction and transportations research and the mechanism of the dynamic state programming.For the evaluation of the system , this paper establishes the evaluation index system from the aspects such as the purpose, the meaning of evaluation and the principle of the index selection, and establishes the calculation and the evaluation standards of each index, and establishes the weight of the indexes by AHP, and sets up each index and comprehensive evaluation methods with fuzzy mathematics, and makes the calculation software, and carries on an example analysis to verifiy the function and the usefulness of the method. |
