Drilling Engineering Prefabricated Short Span Bridges Before Design And Construction Method

In recent years,drilling engineering required before each region period shorten the context of year by year,traditional materials and technology can’t meet the requirements,because of the lack of materials and craftsmen.To reduce the large hoisting equipment and shorten construction period, the author puts forward the total prefabricated short span bridges fast construction method which is combined with concrete from the condensation technology and modular assembly technology.In this paper,the research content is divided into four parts:first, the short span Bridges before drilling engineering design scheme to formulate and analysis, combining with drilling in southwest engineering special construction environnment before put forward concrete methods of design and construction. Second, because drilling engineering equipment self-respect and overloading vehicles is bigger than normal value, repositioning before drilling engineering short span bridge top load and reference existing atlas of prefabricated bridge upper structure optimization design. The span of 8m of precast hollow slab beam bridge design as an example, proves that the optimization design of reliability and economy.. Third, based on the bridge superstructure design, this paper puts forward a whole prefabricated pier piece type design, and performance analysis. Fourth, the bridge complex engineering geological conditions in mountainous area of foundation design are analyzed and the research, put forward a design and construction method of concrete from the condensation.Before drilling in southwest engineering bridge design in this paper,di-vide into upper design, lower design three aspects as well as the basis,combining with the concrete since the condensation technology and modular assembly technology total prefabricated short span Bridges fast construction method is put forward,for short span prefabricated Bridges before drilling engineering design and construction method to provide reference experience,has the important practical significance.
