The First-Period Project Design Of The North Shore Of The Lixiang Lake

Due to the need of optimizing and rationally proposing space resources of Li Xiang Lake in Nanchuan district. And to promote the development of tourism in Lixiang Lake, the Chongqing Government is orderly executing Lixiang Lake’s urban construction and planning management. Seeing this as a juncture, a group of high level villas are design on a peninsula in this project. Villa in accordance with building area is divided into 200 square meters,500 square meters,1180 square meters of three types. It is nearly 10 months from this project was established to its construction drawing finished. When interning in the AZL architects, I participated in the construction drawing period of this project. Then I arranged the materials of the design research and the design achievement to form this thesis. The content and structure of this paper are as follows. The first chapter is the General Situation of the Project including the project background, location, environment, planning, circulation and topography. And the second chapter is the Design Research including case study, vernacular material study and the program study. Following is the third chapter which is Site Plan Design Analysis. It is about building arrangement, circulation analysis, fire control design, vertical design and landscape design. The forth chapter is Building Design Analysis including room analysis, space analysis, material detail analysis and construction analysis. The fifth chapter is the Construction Drawing Achievement. And the last chapter is the Conclusion.This project has done a research on the characteristic of material of Chongqing’s traditional architecture and the method of creating space. It has a certain reference value to the design of high level villa.
