In recent years, the elevator gradually becomes an important transportation in our life. As the requirement for safety and intelligence of the elevator increasing, the thought of guard management gradually used in the field of elevator control. Therefore, research and develop a high reliability intelligent elevator entrance guard system became a realistic need. This topic is a collaborative research project which based on enterprise demand.The article introduces a highly reliable intelligent elevator access control system, which based on the Ratio Frequency Identification theory. It stored the user’s information in the Mifare 1 card, and it can automatically identify, judge and process user information, realize intelligence of elevator control and user management. At the same time, the system take a full consideration in the complex working environment in the elevator, in order to guarantee the reliability of the system, the paper have done a lot of optimization design from the aspect of hardware and software respectively.In this paper, according to the requirements of practical application and development direction, firstly set up the system framework, then design the hardware and software respectively from the angle of engineering application, finally verified the system by experiments.The system hardware includes the reader and the elevator entrance guard controller. Among them, the reader based on the theory of RFID technology, the MCU and RF chip using high cost performance chip MSP430F5419 and FM1702SL respectively, and the design perpheral circuits. The elevator entrance guard controller using high reliable and cost-effective STM32F103RBT6 ARM series of chip as the CPU, and designed the corresponding function module and peripheral circuit. In addition, this article analyzes the reader from the perspective of antenna, power supply, filter, etc. as well as to the entrance guard controller from the Angle of isolation, filtering, shielding.Software design including the design of reader, entrance guard controller and PC management software. It analyses the RF card reader with the communication process and working process of the implementation method, elevator entrance guard controller software.Besides, PC management software using MySQL as the database engine to construct fast and reliable management system and function modules, and establish the rules of the database, to be able to user information query, modification, storage, backup, and other operations. At the same time, three aspects made detailed analysis of the reliability of the system software design respectively.Tests indicates, the reader can complete read and write operations to RF card quickly and accurately, entrance guard controller can receive the reader’s information and make accurate judgment and the processing, computer management software can realize the effective management of user information, the system is safe, stable and reliable operation, which meets the design requirements.
