The development of the Internet and Internet of things, provides technical basis for realizing intelligent production of the enterprise.Smart factory fuses the Internet technology, information technology, automation technology based on industry 4.0 mode,to implement the intelligent,remote, real-time of the production,and information management based on the workshop sensor network.In the field of industrial control, demand of smart factory and back-end services has become increasingly apparent based on embedded terminals of industrial control, data acquisition and integration communication,the realization of the smart factory depends on workshop networking and remote monitoring, the background data services contribute to implement the intelligent of the production process and information management.Research of industrial workshop networking and remote monitoring, backstage data service has profound significance for modern enterprises.Design of smart factory and back-end data service platform is as the subject, through the research of background and significance, and research status of home and abroad, combined with the demand analysis and performance reflected of plastic extruding machine monitoring renovation project, The author puts forward the design scheme of this paper, which mainly to design and implement from the workshop networking, on-site monitoring software, the background data service platform.To workshop networking, includes workshop networking way of the serial port and network port.Workshop networking based on serial port uses CAN-bus to connect many sets of serial port terminal to the Internet and control wiring, communication protocol is ModbusRTU in a workshop,networking of multiple workshop production line using Ethernet network, protocol is TCP/IP.Workshop networking based on network port uses Ethernet to direct connect embedded terminal, communication protocol is ModbusTCP.It not only improves robustness of the workshop network, but also solves the problem that workshop environment factors such as high temperature, strong electromagnetic interference effects on the stability of data transmission.Design of on-site monitoring software, combined with the C/S structure, using vc + + language and MFC framework to develop,serial port and network port communication function was realized using the Modbus protocol,it uses ADO object program implement upload data to the data center, uses multithreaded programming technology solve the multitasking interface processing, adopt more cyclical timer implement to surveillance query and analysis of data, the parameters optimal control is realized by using the weighted average algorithm, had implemented to monitoring the temperature,motor,watt-hour meter node of the production lines, improve the degree of intelligent monitoring and the real time of workshop.Back-end data service platform uses the JAVA language,B/S structure to develop,uses ECS instances to provide software system running environment, uses the Spring framework code background and business logic controller, access to the database and transaction management is realized by using Hibernate, using ExtJS implement front page framework and interface display function.Data stored in the MySQL database of RDS instance.Has realized the system management, production statistics,the monitoring of equipment state, production information management, data storage, and other functions, improve the ability of back-end data calculation,had solved the problem that tcoupling of he traditional software structure is serious, extensibility is bad, and the high upgrade cost and long cycle.Finally, this article carrys on the summary, and puts forward the next advice.Through the design and implementation of intelligent factory and back-end data service platform,this article provides a scheme for application and reference to implement production equipment, workshop networking and remote monitoring and control and information management in the enterprise,to provides a new design concept for the software architecture in the field of industrial control.
