The collaborative simulation platform is one of the main tools for aircraft system integration testing.Efficient flight data excitation can improve the level of aircraft system integration testing.Based on the existing collaborative simulation platform,this paper selects Prepar3 D as dynamic flight data excitation.Between the flight data excitation and cooperative simulation platform,the interface design,parameter transformation and data transmission are studied.The interface between the collaborative simulation platform and flight data excitation Prepar3 D is designed.Aiming at the problems of network data transmission and memory consumption after interface completion,the Data Distribution Service(DDS)is improved.Finally,theoretical and experimental verification is carried out.The details are as follows:Firstly,the flight data incentive framework of the collaborative simulation platform is designed.The function structure,soft bus DDS and working principle of the collaborative simulation platform are analyzed.Combined with the requirements of the collaborative simulation platform,the flight data excitation is selected.The function and parameters of flight data excitation are classified,which clarifies the design idea of the system.Secondly,the interface and global data space of the cooperative simulation platform and the Prepar3 D are designed,and the parameter model and parameter transformation mechanism of flight data excitation and cooperative simulation platform are established.The publication/subscription relationship of different parameter types is realized through the automatic discovery mechanism.After the interface design is completed,this paper presents the Simple Discovery Protocol_One Hash Threshold Bloom Filter(SDP_OHTBF)to solve the problem that the network traffic,large memory consumption and long matching time of the Simple Discovery Protocol_Bloom Filter(SDPBloom)automatic discovery algorithm DDS soft bus co-simulation.Finally,the flight data excitation system is verified.This paper compares SDP_OHTBF with the SDPBloom algorithm of the collaborative simulation platform,and the improved flight data excitation system is verified.The results show that the improved flight data excitation system solves the problems of network transmission,large memory consumption and long matching time of endpoint information query automatic discovery.In aircraft system integration testing,the improved system can meet the dynamic flight data excitation system requirements of cooperative simulation platform.
