People always build rural residential themselves in China and anti-seismic capability is very weak. In recent years, several destructive earthquakes such as Wenchuan earthquake, Yushu earthquake and Ya’an earthquake have occurred in rural areas, building damage is very serious, which causing heavy casualties and huge property losses. At the same time,the development of rural energy construction in our country is backward, living comfort is bad and then energy consumption is huge. Therefore, study on the seismic and energy saving building in rural integration has important strategic significance for improving safety of structure and solving the rural energy consumption etc..Ecological emigration house which is the seismic and energy saving building in is one representative of new rural reconstruction in china. Ecological resettlement residential are uniformly planned and designed. Based on the code for seismic design of buildings, setting anti-seismic structural measures to meet the anti-seismic fortification criterion of "no damage in small earthquake, repairable under moderate earthquake". Based on enclosure structure optimization,energy saving is that through maximizing the use of natural renewable energy to optimize the local residential energy structure and achieve the purpose of saving energy.Our research team has undertaken the "Twelfth five-year" National Science and technology support program project(project number: 2013BAL01B04), and the ecological immigration residential is the demonstration of the research group. Based on the topic research, this paper studies the ecological immigration residence. The study concentrated on its seismic performance and energy self-sustaining by building three-dimensional finite element entity model using structure analysis software and thermal analysis model using energy simulation software respectively.The embody investigation works as follows:(1) Establishes three-dimensional model and uses the block Lanczos method for the modal analysis, get the frequency and vibration type feature structure. The results show that the predominant period of ground motion and the basic period of structure differ greatly, which can effectively avoid the adverse phenomena of resonance.And the structure of the longitudinal stiffness is slightly smaller than the lateral stiffness,the stiffness difference is small, not easy to excite torsional effect, the structural plane layout is reasonable.(2) Chooses three earthquake waves which suits the site conditions of Ningxia Yinchuan, undertakes time history analysis for structure under rare earthquake and extracts the structural displacement and acceleration response. The results show that the central gable wall is the weakest part of the whole structure; Structure reaches the moderate damage levels in the 8 degree earthquake, the structure is on the elastic-plastic state.local wall plastic deformation is obvious, but has not reached the collapse degree. Seismic performance is good and meets the “structure does not fall under rare earthquake”of seismic fortification criterion.(3) Using the energy simulation software to establish thermal numerical model of the ecological migration and ordinary residential houses, and compare energy consumption of the two buildings.Research shows that:Compared with ordinary rural house, ecological immigration residential which uses energy saving measures on enclosure structure save energy 14.2%,on the basis of that,fully rational use of local renewable energy, energy saving of conventional energy rate reached 69.6%.(4) Through analysing energy consumption simulation result and the use of renewable energy of ecological resettlement residential, find out that the renewable energy utilization rate of ecological resettlement residential is 77.3%, far higher than the 36% rate of ordinary rural house in cold area. All of this shows that energy self sustaining of the ecological migration housing model in Heshun Village is higher.(5) Through enclosure structure optimization and the use of renewable energy, energy saving effect of ecological resettlement residential is good, the results show that the whole ecological immigration model village saves coal consumption of about 664.6 tons reducing carbon dioxide emissions of about 1841 kg every year.
