| With the construction of high-grade asphalt road in country, a large number of operational asphalt pavement has become increasingly serious, which is in contradiction with the improving requirement of the quality of pavement. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the performance by controlling the construction of asphalt pavement under the technical conditions.Based on the analysis of the process of asphalt pavement construction, the paper has built the control system of construction on the use of fuzzy math theory. It provides technical support to ensure the performance of asphalt pavement. The paper mainly completed the following work:(1) The thesis initially identified the key indicators of the quality of asphalt pavement constructing using the method of causal analysis combined expertise. Then it established the control system of construction by analyzing the relationship between the performance of pavement and key indicators of the quality of asphalt pavement constructing.(2)Considering the complexity and fuzzy of road construction, the paper is established in fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of asphalt pavement constructing on the basis of the indicator system of the quality controlling, with the method of combined of improved AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The model formed the improved AHP method to get the index weight through blending optimum transfer matrix into the traditional AHP, with avoiding the consistency check. At the same time, the paper determined the index membership based on the seek index weight combined with the results of the expert survey set of indicators. On the basis of these, the paper obtained the degree of the control system for construction process controlling using the weighted summation operator, which provides the possibility for improving and refining construction process.(3)On the basis of the relevant norms, the paper initial proposals evaluation criteria of the index of construction controlling; the thesis adopted pre-control for road construction using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and cited the usefulness of the method; meanwhile, it analyzed process-control and post-control of road construction forming a system of comprehensive quality control for the asphalt pavement construction. |
