| Project is a social system engineering involving economic life line of the country, and its quality affects directly on the sustainable development of national economic construction. Quality control runs through the whole construction process.project quality must be ensured to desist from jerry-built project, and to assure the safety of country and the people’s lives and property, while the project’s economic benefit and competition ability would be improved. Despite of the enterprises’ emphasis on the quality management, the engineering quality control is limited to the result of the technical level, and it lacks of effective dynamic tracing and comprehensive evaluation of process quality.Based on the interchange asphalt pavement of Shuangma project in Xiangtan, methods of literature researches, analogy analysis, combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis are applied in the thesis, the project quality control methods and quality evaluation theory are concluded, and the current engineering quality control standards of China’s Ministry of Communications are analyzed. The key quality indexes like construction technology process, methods, and construction process of asphalt pavement in Shuangma project is discussed. Process indicators of asphalt pavement of the national classification standard are created, then test section will be given inspection firstly, (?)-R control chart method and process capability index are applied to create range pole and rank appraisal, which are used for dynamic tracking of the whole quality process. Quality evaluation index system of the secondary process in the asphalt pavement of Shuangma project is built with indexes like environment, materials, technology, machinery and personnel. Analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze index weight, and extension theory is applied to establish the comprehensive quality evaluation model of the Shuangma interchange project construction process. The evaluation result shows that construction quality of asphalt pavement of Shuangma interchange project, has reached a good level.The application of this research has improved the construction quality of asphalt pavement of the Shuangma interchange project, which has been reviewed and accepted by the owners. |
