Abstract/Summary:
Because of the local weather conditions, building envelope and the different functionswhich leads to the imbalance heat and cold loads of the buildings. This phenomenon causedthe soil temperature surrounding the ground heat exchanger increased or decreased and thecoefficient of performance(COP) of the ground source heat pump (GSHP) systemdecline year by year, even the GSHP system run fairly in some case. Currently, releasedor absorbed the heat from the soil of GSHP can not be balance and it has been a commonconcerned problem of the world. The main research comment of this paper is following as:Firstly, described the different forms of composite GSHP system and analyzed itsadvantages and disadvantages of operation control strategies. For example, when theaccumulated absorbed heat in winter was more than the accumulated released heat insummer, we recommended using the auxiliary heating equipment, such as boilers or solarenergy; when t the accumulated released heat in summer was more than the accumulatedabsorbed heat in winter, we can use cooling towers and ice storage and other auxiliaryequipment in order to decreased the released underground heat. It can make the GSHPsystem has the higher COP in long term and really achieve saving energy.Secondly, the energy savings of the GSHP system are not clear in actual projectcurrently. Therefore, established the energy consumption monitoring system (ECMS) ismuch significant. Take a office building using GSHP system in Tianjin for example,statistics and analyzed the annual operation data by the established ECMS. The resultsshow that, compared to ordinary boiler+chiller, the annual operating costs of GSHPsystem is approximately lower45%than the former.Finally, elaborated some precautions of the GSHP system including the preliminaryconstruction phase, the design phase, the program demonstration phase, the operation andmanagement phase. The precautions can avoid “the saving technology is not savingenergy”and it can make better use of GSHP technology and provide a basis and reference.
