In recent years Oil-air lubrication technology is a new method of lubrication, thetechnology belongs to the gas-liquid two-phase fluid lubrication technology ", it formed atwo-phase oil film to the friction surface of the relative motion of the separated to lubricate.Compared with the single-phase oil film, the formation rate and the lubrication effect ofgas-liquidtwo-phase flowlubricationfilmhasa thickeroilfilmand better.According to the different working conditions and different lubrication points, oillubrication system can be divided into different forms, the double type lubrication occasions ofoilairlubricationsystemis usually applied toa largenumberoflubricationpoints.The Double-line oil-air hybrid distributor is a key element in the double-line air-oillubrication system,and its performance has a direct impact on the reliability and stability of thelubrication system.It consists of double-line distributor and mixing blocks, in which the role ofdouble-line distributor is the oil supply, quantitative lubricating oil supply within a certain timeto the mixing chamber through movement of the piston of oil supply and the piston ofcontrolling.And the role of mixing block is to mix the compressed air and quantitativelubricants,thentransportingto thelubricationpointsby mixing pipe.This paper mainly studies the existing oil-air hybrid distributor in double-line oil-airlubrication system, researches the existing oil-air hybrid distributor’s working state andinjection characteristics.The existing double mixed oil and gas distributor to adjust injectionquantity by limiting regulator distributor indication rod at, regulate such regulation only in pairs,and different lubricating oil demand is different, so this will result in the insufficient fuel or oillubrication points in excess, caused less lubrication or lubricant.Improvement of the existingstructure based on quantitative, in parallel with two ends of the piston orifice, designed a singlepoint adjusting fuel distributor model; research on the injection characteristics, the maximumdiameter of the orifice are the best, and the orifice diameter, orifice opening influence analysisthe export value of the given injection characteristics of different signals, realize the single flowregulationfunction,adjusting thecross-sectionalareaoftheorificearea.In order to verify the new distributor fuel injection characteristics, this paper studies thelubricatingoilandcompressedairmixing processin themixingblock.Because oftheoil-air lubrication system, fuel injection rate and compressed air speed in a certain range can forma better match than annular flow, this is conducive to real-time monitoring and lubricating oil tothe lubricating oil uniformly and stably conveyed to the lubrication points,to oil and gaslubricationsystemmoreprecisecontrol.The simulation results show that, in order to meet the single point adjustment oflubricating oil under actual working conditions, new distributor can achieve the same currentinjection speed value and stability,and it can better adapt to the complex condition oflubrication points and to achieve excellent control purposes,providing theoretical guidance forthedesign and improvementofdouble-lineoil-airhybrid distributor...
