| Energy is the material basis for the existence and development of human society. But with the economic development forward, the lack of energy has become increasingly prominent. In order to solve the energy problem, many countries in the world have begun to optimize the energy structure, and to utilize the new energy. The utilization of wind energy, especially wind power generation in many countries has been widely used.The wind power gearbox is one of the important components of the wind turbine. It is the highest failure rate in the whole transmission system. The stable operation of the gearbox has a direct influence to the normal operation of wind turbines. Based on the1.5MW wind power gearbox as the research object, the dynamics analysis of the gear transmission system has been done through the prototype model, the content of the paper is as follows:1) The mechanical system dynamics theory and the modeling theory, the establishment and solution of dynamics equations of ADAMS software are introduced;2) According to the known conditions such as the power, the main parameters of the gear transmission system was calculated and analyzed;3) According to the selected gear parameters and transmission scheme, The model of Wind power gearbox transmission system is established using SolidWorks software, and imported into ADAMS software;4) The wind gearbox transmission system of the virtual prototype is established in the ADAMS software. To add the relevant constraints, drive and load for this model, and Discuss, calculation and set the related parameters to the simulation;5) The kinematics and dynamics simulation of the virtual prototype have been carried on in ADAMS software, and the relevant analysis and discussion have been given for the simulation results. |
