| Along with the traditional energy reserves of tension, building energy consumptioncontinued to increase and the basic national policy of energy saving and emissionreduction is established, energy saving has become an important content of China’sconstruction market adjustment in the. In order to achieve the goal of building energyconservation, abundant reserves, economic and convenient access to clean solar energyhas been paid more and more attention. Based on this, this paper mainly studies theeconomic effect of solar water heating system in residential buildings, and puts forwardrelevant policy suggestions aiming at the existing problems in the practical application.In this paper, according to the financial evaluation and national economyevaluation is developed including three aspects of evaluation of economic effectframework cost analysis, economic analysis and energy saving and environmentalprotection benefit analysis, and taking a cell of three area as an example, from the threeaspects of cost, economic benefit and benefit of energy conservation and environmentalprotection, through the unit to supply hot water cost, net present value, dynamicinvestment recovery period, internal rate of return, and the standard coal emissionsreduction factors of comparative analysis of the solar water heating systems, gas hotwater system and electric water heating system economic effect, found that the solarwater heating system with hot water supply cost and higher economic benefit andbenefit of energy conservation and environmental protection, economic effect isexcellent. But in the analysis of their impact on the uncertainty factors, found intechnology, externalities and asymmetric information exist in aspects of productperformance is not perfect, and building integration degree is low, the relevant technical specifications and standards are not perfect, incentive effect is not high, in theconstruction of management was not standardized, market access mechanism notperfect and information transmission problems such as the presence of viscosity.Therefore, both at home and abroad to promote the foundation of comparative analysisof related policies and the application of solar water heating system,the current policy isanalysed in solving technology, externalities and information asymmetry and otherissues, and aiming at the technical problems in the application process as well as theexternality and information asymmetry problems, proposed the establishment oftechnology innovation system,improve technical standards and norms, improve theeffective economic incentive policies, inspection supervision and management system,strict and perfect market access mechanism and strengthen thepropaganda,countermeasures and suggestions.In this paper, the evaluation of the application of solar water heating system inresidential buildings economic effect, provides the data support for the developers andconsumers fully understand the application of solar water heating system in residentialbuildings economic effect, is conducive to developers and consumers to accept andactively use of solar hot water system; policy recommendations that provide the basisfor government macro adjustment from third angles, which can more effectivelypromote the use of solar water heating system in residential buildings. |
