Chinese economy is in the period of high-speed growth,and "Resources-Limiting" problem appears again.At the same time,"Over-consuming" also becomes the restricting factor during the Chinese sustainable development,especially in the architecture industry.The process of house building and using can consume a large amount of energy.It can cause serious environmental pollution to the society.People must not only adopt measures to control the consumption of new buildings, but carry on the policy about energy-saving reconstruction .The reconstruction of current buildings is both a complicated process and the necessary part of the energy-saving industry. At the time of adopting the general technology, people must apply the new energy on the reconstruction. Combining the usage of new energy with the design and reconstruction is becoming the inevitable challenge for the designer.The solar energy is the most abundant and safest one in practice. The related industries are in quick development now.Among them, solar water heating system is doubtless the most mature one.Meanwhile the consumption of hot water cann't be neglected in the quota of building energy consumption, which can own the proportion of more than 1/4.How to lower this part of energy consumption is an important content in the reconstruction.In order to find the way to combine the solar water heating system with energy-saving reconstruction, a practical project is analysed.Basing on the spot investigation ,all parts of the solar energy hot water system are selected according to people's requirements.
