The screening workshop is the bearing structure of vibrating screen and mainlycomplete screening job and as transfer station sometimes. So it is important in industrialproduction and transportation system. With the development of industrial productionvigorously in recent years, the screening workshop imports large, heavy and highvibration intensity screen to increase the productivity but also the vibration screendisturbance increases thus the abnormal vibration is more harsh so the vibrationproblem of screening workshop is urgent to be solved in industrial production. However, research on vibration problem of domestic and overseas on screening workshop isdeficiency and mainly point at multi-storey industrial plant seismic research, so, thereis no system achievement to give references of vibration control on existing structureabnormal vibration and vibration resistance design of the new structure. So, while thevibration principle is used actively in industrial production, the research of control andreduce the harm of vibration will have important theory and engineering signification. This article uses typical reinforced concrete screening workshop as study object, combined field dynamic test and finite element analysis with software SAP2000, makean in-depth study on dynamic property, dynamic response, vibration reason andvibration control of the screening workshop. Thus, to give some references of vibrationcontrol on existing structure abnormal vibration and vibration resistance design of thenew structure. This article mainly did the following work:(1)Use the reinforced concrete screening workshop of northern copper company asexample to take field dynamic test. The dynamic response results showed that theabnormal vibration of screening workshop is vertical vibration of slab while it isrunning burdened. (2) Based on the standard of vibration limiting values in domestic and overseas andthe real dynamic response results to evaluate vibration status of the screening workshop.the results showed that the vibration harm the structure safety, human body amenity andhuman body fatigue-efficacy seriously.(3)Establish calculating model of the vibrating screen with finite element softwareSAP2000. Comparision of results shows the simplified model is reasonable throughcomparing modal analysis parameters and real dynamic properties. Then the dynamicproperties of vibrating screen are analyzed further based on the results of modalanalysis.(4) Calculate vibrating screen disturbance and impulse it on the model as excitingsource to make dynamical and time-history analysis. Then compare analysis results andreal dynamic response results, it showed that the vertical disturbance and horizontaldisturbance of vibrating screen are the main reason of structure vertical vibration andhorizontal vibration respectively. The main reason of screening workshop vibration is itsown stiffness is deficiency and forced vibration under vibrating screen disturbance.(5) Put forward two strengthening methods of slab vertical vibration based onfinite element analysis. Then make dynamical and time-history analysis to the structureafter increasing its rigidity and second vibration isolation. The results show that secondvibration isolation method can decrease the dynamic load vibrating screen transfer tothe structure and the dynamic response amplitudes obviously, so it’s vibration isolationeffect is remarkable. Comparing with increase structure stiffness method, the secondvibration isolation method is economic, construction convenient and has low infect ofproduct. The latter is also controllable cause can set and estimate vibration isolationresult at it’s parameter design stage.
