| Screening crushing workshop in the production system is responsible for receiving materials,screening,crushing,re-screening,classification of transport and other functions,is the necessary building of mining,metallurgy.Because of the complexity of the screening crushing plant technology,flexible arrangement,screening crushing plant mostly adopts reinforced concrete frame structure.Characteristics of screening crushing plant are irregular of structure layout,less floor layout and large area of open holes,height of floor is larger.So,stiffness is poorer than general industrial factory.Vibration is not only harmful to buildings,machinery and equipment,but also bad for people.Therefore,the vibration problem of the screening crushing workshop has become an urgent problem to be solved.The research object of this study is a giant coal screening crushing plant in north of shaanxi.This coal mine’s design production capacity is 12 million tons/year,the actual production of up to 20 million tons/year.It is far more than the average production capacity of large coal mines.So,abnormal vibration problem is outstanding.The traditional design method of the old model already can’t adapte to characteristics of production.In this paper,study the dynamic characteristics and the dynamic response data of screening crushing plant to get the vibration regularity.Use finite element analysis software SAP2000 for structural dynamic analysis.Then,respectively discusses the horizontal and vertical design methods of vibration reduction.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Summary the characteristics of the large-scale coal screening crushing workshop and the existing problems.Retrieve allow standards and requirements on displacement,velocity and acceleration of China,Japan,the United States and the European Union,Summary the research status at home and abroad,expound the research significance of this topic.2.Take an actual engineering case of high-level screening crushing plant as the research object,analysis its dynamic response and dynamic test results and evaluate the vibration.Use SAP2000 to establish finite element model of the engineering example,analysis its structure dynamic characteristics and dynamic response,validate the rationality of the model.3.Respectively from the vibration influence on structure,equipment and human body three aspects analysis screening crushing plant vibration control evaluation basis and evaluation index.Summary the general requirements of workshop equipment layout and structural type selection,put forward workshop design method of horizontal and vertical vibration under dynamic load.4.Explain workshop horizontal vibration calculation theory.Take adding steel support,increasing the frame column section and the additional shear wall as three levels of vibration reduction.Then modal analysis and dynamic response analysis respectively,contrast the effect of vibration reduction.5.Explain the vertical vibration calculation theory.Adopt the change in cross section of main and second beam and plate thickness,decorate tic-tac-toe beam and secondary vibration isolation of three vertical vibration design.Then modal analysis and dynamic response analysis respectively,compare the effect of vibration reduction. |
