At present, China has entered the aging society.The elderly population base isgrowing faster and increasingly showing aging, empty nest trend.The number ofdisabled elderly in need of care rapid increase.The last national census in2013showthat China’s elderly population aged60and over has reached202million,14.9%of thetotal population,strengthening the system of social services building task is very heavy,green older settlements will be for some time demand spurt. Therefore, in the context ofcurrent society, study on green older settlements came into being. older settlements andthe green is the lack of scientific evaluation, effective evaluation tool, it is difficult toaccurately grasp the extent of green low-carbon, green older settlements and thereforeresearch evaluation system is particularly urgent.There is a comprehensive analysis of green older assessments in this paper.Focused on the key performance indicators which are comfort and green carbondepended on the different life stage of older settlements, eight dimensions such as theenergy, water resources, material resources, water, service protection facilities,outdoorenvironmental quality and indoor environment quality have been determined throughfrequency-statistics method and professional-consulting method, then the sustainabilityassessment index system is built; Combined the questionnaire with AHP(AnalyticHierarchy Process) to determine the index weight at various levels, and the theory ofFCE (Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation) are used to assessment the sustainable level,then established the composite assessment model based on AHP-FCE; Used theexamples to verify the effectivity and feasibility of the comprehensive assessmentmethod; The system of wireless data acquisition scheme for assessment indicators isdesighed on ZigBee and GPRS technology, the database of sustainability assessmentindicators about energy consumption and environmental quality is established, andintelligent assessment information management system is developed, which couldachieve the goal of scientific, accurate and efficient assessment. The study in this dissertation combines qualitative and quantitative analysis,subjective and objective analysis. The study could accurately assess the analysis ofgreen older settlement assessment and provide the relevant departments of the scientificand effective assessment methods and tools. It also could improve the decision-makinglevel,and provides a solid theoretical foundation and the necessary technical support forthe development and promotion of sustainable architecture.
