Research On Waterscape Design Inview Of Human Interest During The Landscape Transformation Of The Northern River In The Urban

With two important roles of beautifying urban space environment and improvingecological environment, Water can change human’s survival environment. Water canincrease the air humidity, increase the content of negative oxygen ions in the air, adjustthe environmental temperature and remove dust. In addition, Water can maintainsustainable urban ecosystem circulation, provide a good habitat for plants and animals,and present the biological diversity. So water have act as a liaison between human andnatural.In recent years, with the process of urbanization and industrialization, humansurvival environment is facing unprecedented pressure and challenges, urbanenvironmental construction is urgent. As an important component of urbanenvironment and resources, the river in the urban is a rare human activity natural place,which can provide abundant water environment for human and satisfy humandependence on water. However, due to greater seasonal variations of climate, in ourcountry, summer wet, rainfall intensity, concentration of large variability and highflood. So present river waterscape design in our country copies too much foreign modeblindly or mechanically and pay too much attention to flood control and drainagefunction of river with a certain sameness designing forms, such as unifying bendstraightening of river section in urban areas, reveting concrete masonry for curing, andso on. In such a way, the natural characteristics of meandering river is lost, and these rivers’ aesthetic value, self repairing capability and living environment of aquaticorganism are impaired. Furthermore, above mentioned designing forms pay fewattention to the linkage between the people’s hydrotropism and the waterscape,andwater-enjoyable-installations lack humanistic design and people’s participation.This paper takes the waterscape design of the northern river in the urban as theresearch object. And based on the characteristics of our country northern city, thispaper research how to put the principles of close-to-water into waterscape designduring the landscape transformation of the northern river in the urban. For this reason,from the view of environment-behavior studies, this paper investigates structuralcharacter of close-to-water peoples and the ways and influential factor of peoples closeto water behaviour. In addition, based on spot investigation on the northern river in theurban, this paper summarized problem and deficiency existing in waterscapehydrotropism design of the northern river in the urban, and discussed principles andmethods were proper for waterscape hydrotropism design of the northern river in theurban.Moreover, taking biological landscape restoration project of Yangjia Ba River inWuwei City as an example, this paper analysed the construction situation and currentcharacteristic of Yangjia Ba River in Wuwei City. And this paper researchedwater-enjoyable-surroundings and water-enjoyable-installations of Yangjia Ba Riverand proposes some design measures and methods for waterscape of Yangjia Ba River.This paper will attribute to some extent to the design of waterscape inview of humaninterest during the landscape transformation of the northern river in the urban.
