By 2021,China’s urbanization rate is 64.7 percent,with a large number of people still living and working in rural areas.In rural areas with hot summer and cold winter,the outdoor thermal environment comfort is poor in winter and summer,coupled with the weak economic foundation of rural areas,the lack of energy saving awareness of farmers,and the spontaneous construction of traditional residential buildings,the building energy consumption problem in rural areas is very prominent.Under the background of rural revitalization,as a practice of intensive utilization of rural resources,promotion of transfer of surplus labor and improvement of living environment,the energy saving efficiency of new rural settlements is an important guiding factor of planning and design.First of all,through reading and analyzing relevant literature of building energy conservation design,the influencing factors of building energy consumption are summarized,as well as the morphological elements that affect building energy consumption at the scale of residential area and single building in the preliminary design stage of building,and then the interaction approaches of the two are clarified.At the same time,based on the use of residential solar photovoltaic,the photovoltaic system suitable for rural environment and residential form factors affecting power generation efficiency are sorted out,and the optimal roof Angle calculation and solar photovoltaic power generation simulation platform of residential buildings in new rural residential areas are established.Secondly,Rhino+Grasshopper automatic modeling platform,Ladybug+Honeybee building performance simulation software and Wallacei multi-objective optimization algorithm software are selected as technical tools to establish the form optimization design process of new rural residential areas.The correlation mechanism between building energy consumption and six morphological factors of new rural residential scale layout pattern,building spacing and building orientation,as well as length-width ratio,building height and plane form are quantitatively analyzed,sifting the variable factor is not sensitive to building energy consumption and the scope of the sensitive variables to better range.Then,a multi-objective optimization algorithm is adopted to minimize the cooling energy consumption,heating energy consumption and total building energy consumption.Based on the analysis of the performance range of the obtained nondominated solution set,the optimization selection boundary of each form factor is established,and some corresponding energy saving design strategies are proposed.Finally,the new rural residential and building in hot summer and cold winter region shape optimization solution is applied to Yancheng Hong Nan village new rural residential design practice cases,solution deduction is made under the energy-saving target of optimization scheme of residential planning and architectural design,and through the building energy consumption simulation platform refrigeration,heating energy consumption and energy consumption calculation the total building energy consumption intensity,Verify the balance of energy consumption goals and building design decisions.This study aims to put forward new rural residential energy-saving design process in hot summer and cold winter region and obtain shape solutions suitable for the new rural residential planning and architectural design,so as to improve the efficiency of the energy efficiency design and decision-making accuracy.
