Research On The Spatial Design Of Industrial Heritage Park Under The Concept Of Park City

Along with the development of our city,industrial factory district originally located in the city edge area has been surrounded in the city central,and a lot of old industrial land has been replaced with residential land;The preserved industrial heritage is surrounded by a large number of newly built communities,which are separated from the communities as activity venues for residents,forming a negative space between the industrial heritage,communities and residents.In the context of residential areas facing industrial heritage,residents’ need for industrial heritage transformation is becoming more and more intense.Aiming at this problem,this paper takes the relationship between industrial heritage,city,community and residents as the research starting point,takes industrial heritage park from the perspective of park city as the research object,and takes the West District of Guanggang Park as an example to discuss the design strategy of industrial heritage park in the context of residential areas.First of all,the current situation of the west District of Guanggang Park is investigated,and the optimal design mode and advantage conditions are discussed.At the same time,it explores how to adapt the development concept of Park city to the future development of Guanggang Park,and excavates the construction of Guanggang Park from the perspective of Park City.Then,by analyzing the design guidelines of park city and industrial heritage park,the key points of spatial design are analyzed,and based on this,the relevant basic theories and practical cases are studied,and the specific strategies of industrial heritage park design are obtained from the perspective of park city.From the perspective of park city,the design of industrial heritage park takes integration,publicity and stage as the design principles,and proposes three design strategies: constructing spatial integration system,creating cultural scenes and optimizing the use of park functions.This paper summarizes the design method of industrial heritage park based on the concept of park city,takes the West area of Guanggang Park as the object of practice verification,proposes the construction of a double-level park structure with small green space around the core of Guanggang Park as the auxiliary,and proposes the design scheme of the West area of Guanggang Park from the perspective of park city.The design scheme of the west District of Guanggang Park is deduced by taking melting the boundary space,creating the core scene,expanding the residents’ activity space and refining the facility functions as the main means of improvement.Finally,it summarizes the design ideas of industrial heritage park based on the perspective of park city,and expounds its great potential for future development.
