The aerial work platform is an engineering machine capable of transporting people and materials to any height within its design height.It is widely used in port logistics,fire fighting operations,large equipment manufacturing,building decoration,advertising production,highaltitude maintenance and other places,and has wide application scenarios.This paper mainly studies the stability of the T66 straight-arm aerial work platform,and uses the software to establish the virtual prototype of the aerial work platform,simulates the working process of the aerial work platform,and finds the factors affecting the smoothness of the work process from the design end.The flexible working process of the telescopic arm,the most important working mechanism of the whole machine,is performed by rigid-flexible coupling simulation analysis,the stability of the work under the rigid-flexible coupling condition,the dynamic stress of the boom and the vibration of the platform.The calculation results are used to verify the structural strength.And optimize the dynamic stability of the whole machine;simulate various extreme working conditions through the three-dimensional model of the whole machine,calculate the overturning stability of extreme working conditions and verify by software simulation.This article mainly completes the following contents:(1)Using the Adams software to build the virtual prototype of the whole machine,the different working speeds of the same expansion mode,the same expansion speed,the same expansion mode and the expansion speed of different platform loads are used to simulate the whole working process,and the development speed is studied.The influence of the deployment mode and platform load on the stability of the aerial work platform.(2)The ANSYS and Adams are used to simulate the rigid-flexible coupling of the aerial work platform.The following is the study:1 The error between the rigid-flexible coupling simulation and the multi-rigid simulation of the whole machine under the same simulation parameter setting 2 rigid-flexible coupling simulation analysis arm The dynamic stress case is compared with the traditional finite element analysis.3 The power spectral density method is used to analyze the vibration of the platform under the rigid-flexible coupling simulation.(3)Analyze and calculate the static stability of the T66 straight-arm aerial work platform under various working conditions,and calculate the static stability coefficient under various working conditions to verify whether it meets the stability of the high-altitude working platform in the national standard.Through the theoretical calculation,the static rollover stability under the conditions of slope forward tilt,slope backward tilt and slope side of the aerial work platform is analyzed by the moment method.In order to make the calculation result more convincing,the most dangerous working conditions of the farthest working distance slope forward and the farthest working distance slope roll were selected for simulation verification.
