In today’s world, environmental problems exert a tremendous influenceto human’s survival. Energy conservation, emission reduction and lowcarbon have been the key words of every countries and industries. It willbring a significant revolution in the field of economy after informatization. The essential content of Green is to achieve high quality of life withmaking full use of resources and lower loss of the environment. The processto get green is to seek cost-effective energy consumption. In short, peopleseek optimal economic ships while seek optimal environmental protection. In the process of ship operation, the level of spare parts’ logisticalsupport is related to the reliability of the ship, but in the meanwhile, it isrestricted by economic and environmental protection. Decision makers needto stock enough spare parts while avoid excessive logistical support in eachvoyage task, to ensure ship’s safety, economic and environmentalprotection.Based on the life cycle of ship, this article puts forward an indicatorcalled green degree calculated by carbon measurement. After analyzingreliability and maintainability of ship, it establishes the model of ship equalfault tree and the model of green replacement strategy for ship spare parts.Based on the strategy model, this article introduces variable weight penaltyfunction and solves the local optimal solution of multi-objectiveprogramming by improved classical search method and genetic algorithm.Using the strategy model, this article carries out simulation analysis on acertain type of ship and obtains the green replacement strategy for ship spareparts.
