Aeronautical high-strength CRES forging structural part is the craitical loadpart of the aircraft for its complex structure, high material strength and manufactureprocess. Combined with advanced CNC machine tools, corresponding auxiliaryequipment and advanced technology, multi-axis machining technology, the overallstructure Aeronautical forging CNC machining overall efficiency objective isachieved: low cost, high efficiency and high quality. Five-axis CNC high-precisionmanufacturing is a common method of manufacturing the overall structure of theaviation industry forging parts for its efficieny processing and flexible. Thisresearch mainly performs the first article production of the actual research issues inthe current hard-machining materials forging parts of the overall structure of atypical fuel tank post frame to achieve comprehensive study of five-axis CNCmachining technology which refers to the overall conduct of aviation complexstructure forging CNC machining efficiency technology research. This thesis focus on the issues of a high intensity CRES die forging stucturalpart: fuel tank post frame in the first manufacture procedure using5axises CNCmachining for integrated efficiency enhance. The main research issues on: dieforging stock datums positioning method using optical scaning conversed modelingtechnology according to geometrical characterastic; optimize the cutting parametersaccording to the relation between cutting parameters and machined surface qualitywhich resulted in the experiment held for testing the machining and stresscharacterastic for hard processing material such as high intensity CRES; research on5axises CNC machine process trace optimization according to material performanceand structure of high intensity CRES die forging structural part as to optimize theproduction chain of it to achieve the integrated efficiency enhance target; offer thereliable reference and technical support for structral part CNC machiningtechnology in aerospace manufacture industry.
