With the rapid development of economy, the consumption of oil resources is more and morelarge, the energy crisis and environmental pollution become terrible, so finding an alternative torenewable green oil resources is of great significance.With the improvement of building energyefficiency standards, the development of lightweight, high strength green building wall materialshave broad application prospects.This paper using the residues wood processing poplar powderas the research object, the system analyzes the poplar powder of liquefaction process, process forthe resin, foaming process, the effects of EVB filling modification on the properties of foam,three layers of plywood, MDF, PVC gusset plate for the comprehensive performance of threekinds of foam sandwich composite materials, for the development of lightweight, high strength,thermal insulation, sound-absorbing, flame retardant performance of new wall materials providesresearch foundation.1. Using the single factor experiment method research analyze the effect of liquefactiontechnological conditions of liquefaction reaction and resin reaction conditions on the propertiesof the resin. The results show that with phenol and polyethylene glycol-400as a compositeliquefier, liquid-solid ratio1.5,60%dosage of phenol and sulfuric acid dosage is4%, theliquefaction temperature135℃, reaction time120min, liquefied effect is good.The molarformaldehyde ratio of1.2, the sodium hydroxide ratio of0.5, the reaction temperature85℃, thereaction time of120min under the conditions of the preparation of resin, the resin can be foamed.2. Preparation with the liquefaction resin for foam material,compared with conventionalfoaming method and microwave foaming method, analyzes the effect on the properties of foam,conventional foaming is better, so chose the conventional foaming method. Study the effects offoaming conditions on the properties of foam, determine the best foaming solution: theconventional foaming method, foaming temperature:75℃, resin viscosity in5500~6500mPa.s,solid content is70~75%, the surfactant dosage in8~10%, the vesicant dosage is pentane is8~12%,the dosage of firming agent is8~12%.This technology made the foam better apparentquality, uniform hole foam, apparent density in0.12~0.16g/cm3, foaming ratio in5~8times,compressive strength is0.32~0.50MPa, water absorption is4.2~8.7%.3. Analysis of EVB modification effects of foam mechanical properties, microstructure,chemical composition, heat stability, heat preservation, sound absorption performance, the flameretardant performance, the results show that the EVB filling amount in8~12%, foam has uniformdensity, compression strength and bending strength are increased gradually, water absorption rateis significantly reduced; With FTIR analysis, EVB inside the foam; With the increase of EVB filling amount, thermal stability of the foam increased significantly; Fill in8~12%, coefficient ofthermal conductivity is0.035~0.038w/m.k, average sound absorption coefficient is0.51~0.52;Filling amount was12%of the limit oxygen index is41.3, belong to the B1level flameretardant materials.4. Comparative analysis of three layers of plywood, MDF, PVC gusset plate foam sandwichcomposite material mechanical properties, dimensional stability, heat preservation, soundabsorption performance, flame retardant performance, the results show that the mechanicalproperties of the composites is obviously enhanced foam; dimension stability of MDF is best;thermal insulation performance of PVC gusset plate composite is best; Sound absorptionperformance of three kinds of composites was improved, the PVC gusset plate with better soundabsorption performance of composite materials; Three layers of plywood and MDF compositeslimit oxygen index relative foam has decreased, but still belongs to the B1level flame retardantmaterials. The PVC gusset plate composite material, oxygen index was40.8, the flame retardantperformance is excellent.
