The Comparison Of Foaming Agent And The Research Of Foam Stability Modification

This paper studies the relevance technology of foamed concrete, includes the technical principles of foamed concrete, the comparison and modification of the main foaming agent, the workability of foaming agent and foamed concrete, high-quality preparation of foamed concrete, and so on. At first, we make a experimental comparison among foaming multiples(it contains plant foaming agent, animal foaming agent and recombination foaming agent), foam stability, and the performance of the foamed concrete. Then analyzes the foaming agent principle and the impact of foamed concrete, on this basis, we do some modification research on foam stability. Considering the performance and cost of the three foaming agents widely, through large number of studies ,we come to the conclusion, it's recombination foaming agent that more suitable to be the foam agent.Using oscillometry to detailedly compare the top three foaming agent, results showed that the foaming multiple of plant foaming agent is 28, foam stability time is 190min; the foaming multiple of animal foaming agent is 32, foam stability time is 240min; while the foaming multiple of recombination foaming agent is 35, foam stability time is 260min. The result of foamed concrete strength-test showed that the foamed concrete 7d, whose dry density is 1050 and is made of plant foaming agent, the strength is 7.9Mpa; whose dry density is 985 and is made of animal foaming agent ,the strength is 8.1Mpa; whose dry density is 990 and is made of recombination foaming agent, the strength is 8.2Mpa, seen from the cost and performance, recombination foaming agent is not only good at performance, cost advantages are also obvious.Based on the modified recombination foaming agent, after adding triethanolamine, foam's multiple doesn't change, but when the content comes to 0.3~0.5%, the stability is better, and the overall stability of mother has improved; when Alkyl benzene sulfonic acid sodium content is 0.7-1.3%, foam's multiple and stability are both changed, mother of foaming agent played a favorable modification effect. Using some Arabic gum juice, due to increasing the viscosity, it increases the overcome-power of foaming, bubble and foam multiple reduced, so it's not good to mix much, when mixed with 1.0%, foam's multiple and stability are good enough. Alkyl benzene sulfonic acid sodium and triethanolamine double mixed, both of them inxreased the foam's multiple respectively. When 0.7% of alkyl benzene sulfonic acid sodium and 0.3~1.0% of triethanolamine is added, foam's multiple is greaten, and foam's volume decline slowly at the same time.In the view of the actual production of low-density foamed concrete and high-density foam concrete, through a multi-group matched test, we know that when the water absorption remained in limited scope and suitable scope of foamed concrete shaping, research summarizes the effect of Water-cement ratio to the strenth of the foamed concrete and water absorption. In the premise of ensuring the liquidity and workability of slurry, at the same time, controlling the dry bulk density, adding water-reducing in foamed concrete can effectively control the compressive strength. From the analysis of pore structure of section,pores in the foamed concrete distributed equably, most of the pores' diameter are in ideal range, mostly like closed round hole, is conducive to increase the foamed concrete's performance, this paper also proves that the recombination foaming agent adding a certain amount of modification can have a good application.
