Then establish the fuzzy controlsystem in Matlab, Calculate the clear output corresponding to each pair of input values,obtained the decision query table of dispatching plan. In the actual work, in terminalmanagement system to directly query this table can dispatch the optimal plan for containertruck.Finally, using Arena to establish two models for the traditional scheduling mode andfuzzy control dispatching mode, and detailed comparative analysis at two aspects of the truckresources saturated and unsaturated, Found that when the truck resources over saturated, theoperation efficiency of two dispatching modes differ not quite, but to achieve the samenumberof operating efficiency, fuzzy control dispatching system can use15%less than atraditional dispatch of the truck resources; when the truck resource is notsaturated, fuzzycontrol dispatching system can improve the operation efficiency of10%~30%. Thisconclusion prove that the fuzzy control system can effectively improve the dispatching ofcontainer terminal loading and unloading efficiency, also it can increase the full-load ratio ofthe trucks, reduce cost, reduce the energy consumption per teu of trucks. |
