With the progress of society, people put forward higher requirements about safety, comfort, convenience and other of life in society. In response to the call of national energy conservation policies, A Government Affairs Service Center in Hohhot will carry out Energy Saving Reconstruction of the building to enter into the ranks of the high-efficiency, low-power "green building".On central air-conditioning system as the research object, this subject modeled and simulated on the air-conditioning system before renovation of the office building. The simulation of air-conditioning system is helpful to select effective control optimization strategy, providing a reference for post energy saving.Firstly, in this paper the terminals of fan coil units air conditioning system process running were analyzed in summer conditions. Air-conditioned room temperature model, fan coil units model, model actuator and measuring transducer models were built.On the basis of the models, the temperature control scheme of terminals of fan coil units were designed. By using the PID controller and fuzzy PID controller,some researches were done on room temperature control simulation and analysis of simulation results. The summer fresh air unit air handling process were analyzed. Meanwhile,The mathematical model is established about heaters and humidifiers. According to the basic principles of heat and mass transfer to the table cold.A fresh air unit room temperature and humidity control system were designed, and carried out in MATLAB/Simulink subsystem package.The models were reasonable approximated.In order to achieve the aim of reducing the energy consumption in air conditioning systems by an appropriate control strategy, analysis of the control strategy by simulation can provide a reference for the transformation of the building late.
