Under thisbackground, our country has launched the new countryside construction plan in recently years.In the process of building new countryside area, there are many challenges, including theorderly urbanization, shortage of public facilities, the degradation of ecological environment,and so on. However, our government has promulgated a series of policies and guidelines, andturned the attention to countryside areas in the construction of infrastructure and socialdevelopment, so there are good opportunities to the development of new countryside area. Thegreen landscape design based on the foundation of natural environment and agriculturalresource, focus on the concept of green and ecological ideas, finished the landscape design inharmony with the ecological process through humanistic design and planning. At present, thedevelopment of green landscape design in other countries has been developed and ripe, andthere is the starting stage in our country. The green landscape planning can use theenvironment efficiently and meanwhile promote the environment, and it also can push theeconomic development in countryside, so it is the main measure to solve the problems of thenew countryside development in China. Specifically, the article will take The SeventhCommune of Hongge in Yanbian town of Sichuan as a case, explain the development andimplementation of green landscape planning and design work. The Seventh Commune ofHongge is located in Sichuan city of Panzhihua province of Yanbian town, it has veryimportant geographical position, and it also takes an important function in the area, so it is atypical representative of the new countryside areas, with a unique natural conditions andhistorical and cultural background.According to the conditions of the Seventh Commune of Hongge, we clearly targeted theidea of planning design of green Landscape, and provide the planning objectives, strategies,and the green landscape design principles and ideas, ultimately we illustrated the frameworkand content of green landscape planning and design of the Seventh Commune of Hongge. We discussed and illustrated the Landscape design and planning in five aspects about the greenbuilding landscape design, green road landscape design, public space design, green landscapedesign, landscape green municipal facilities design, and finally we plan to the futuredevelopment of green landscape tourism.
