Some domestic gantry crane manufacturing company launched the wholetransport portal crane parts instead of the traditional transportation. MachineTransport to take full advantage and play the manufacturer’s personnel, equipment,technology, and space advantages and favorable conditions. Although Ro-Rotransport machine door has a very distinct advantage, but also constrained by anumber of factors: on the pier demanding conditions, handling difficult, of coursethere are requirements by sex, the risk of maritime transport is also great, poorhandling moisture influence, unloading plan should be prepared well in advance. Thisis exactly the ro-ro transport machine door is not yet being widely used main reason.Therefore, in the preparation of ro-ro transport programs to be effective measures todeal with these constraints fully considered.Gantry crane machine loading process in the preparation of the mainconsideration of the following factors: the weight of the machine gantry crane; gantrycrane ro running speed; friction coefficient walking mechanism between the wheelsand the portable temporary rail (including rolling coefficient of friction and slidingfriction coefficient); maximum traction RO process needed; Ro process allows themaximum slope; test machine hydraulic lifting device ro before trial roll on land;whole ro-ro ship after sea solid construction; setting user pier embedded parts;selected disembarkation time based on tidal changes Ro; RO process safety measures.The whole process of making arrangements for the whole product ro-ro transport.Factors affecting the stability of the ship has hull geometry linear combination ofstate ship loading, moving heavy objects inside the cabin, hanging weights and tankssuch as the free surface. Breadth increases, increasing freeboard height, reduce theoverall height of the center of gravity, reducing the pressure side of the arm,increasing the angle of the water, reducing the roll angle of the main measures toimprove the stability of the ship.
