Study On Expression Of Landscape Characteristics For The Office Park’s Planning And Design

The21st century is the era of information, and as an important place for the collection andprocessing of information to promote the development of human society, the externalenvironment of urban office space has a great influence on people’s work and life. Theadministrative office, as one of the important types, is part of city public environment, to conveythe idea and culture; whether government agencies or enterprises and institutions, theadministrative office area environmental landscape is tending to open and semi open, changesfrom alone to sharing, function to innovation.At present, China is in the socialist construction China special historical period, with thedevelopment of the city changes, it brings out some problems, such as the lack of characteristicsand city crisis. Thus, we try to explore the feasible way of expression and construction for thecharacteristic office landscape. The favorable environment is beneficial to relieve the pressure ofstaff, while improving efficiency, and it has important significance to human.Reference to relevant theoretical research, this article puts forward the systematic theoreticalresults by literature synthesis, case analysis, project practice and summary, and tries to explorethe feasible way of expression and construction for the characteristic office landscape, provide auseful reference for similar about related research.Firstly, through the analysis of theories and actualities, this paper summarizesthe meaning, characteristics and types of office landscape design; by comprehensive comparisonof gains and losses and the trend at home and abroad, then, puts forward some suggestions;Secondly, according to the basic theories, thesis takes characteristic expression for officelandscape as the key research contents, and discusses from design features, characteristicreflection, expression vector, expression methods as well as expression of key points deeply.Besides, the author focus on mining landscape characteristics through studying regionalattributes, culture concept, spatial patterns and ecological technology,and in order to search theway of constructing the characteristic office landscape;Research crossing between different disciplines has became a hot topic of landscaperesearch. This article focuses on characteristic expression for the office landscape design in urbanarea, and tries to apply research results to practical projects;Finally, combined with the latest idea and mode about the office environment, this papertries to explore the future development about the characteristic office landscape, andfurther consideration of this topic research and application prospects.
