Research On City Landscape Design Of Office Space

The first part is the background to carry on the elaboration, through to the reality of exposition to explore the significance of research on this subject, a general discussion on the landscape space city office area, including its meaning, the research background and the current development and the present situation analysis.The second part is the discussion of related design methods and elements, the first part is analyseis of function and behavior, with the discussion from the psychology and behavior, combining the study of traffic flow line, to explore the influence of people’s psychological behavior, space and human behavior habits, including the right to the right, relying on the spontaneous behavior of human beings, and so on., then we put forward the using of the basic concept of the evaluation. It had laid a theoretical foundation for the final part of the landscape survey indicators, as well as the level of analysis and evaluation of landscape evaluation. Then we discussed the elements of the office space landscape design. First of all, I pointed out the characteristics of the office space landscape, next step was the office space landscape construction goals and the design principles, and the next step was brought the contents of the text into the design and analysis of the specific elements. Discussing on the design of the plant, water, and the pavements of the natural attributes of the humanity.Finally we put forward the prospect of the construction of the ecological city office area, and the problems of the space landscape of the office space..Finally through the analysis the Fuzhou Eastern office area, based on the previous theoretical verification discussion, discuss the whole design points and optimization design recommendations are put forward. Firstly, determined the evaluation index set Likert scale and index analysis method. Secondly, analysis the questionnaire survey data of the evaluation index,in the end put forward the whole design problems give the countermeasures of optimization design.
