The earthquake disaster is serious in China. The earthquake and its secondary disasters dogreat harm to the safety of people’s life and property. The urban park green space for earthquakeresistance and hazardous reduction can become the open space which people can get into whenthe disasters happen. Analysis of spatial layout of the urban park green space is necessary for thedevelopment of the city and the urban green space system planning. Therefore, this essayanalyzes the spatial layout of the urban park green space based on the disaster accessibility, tryingto enrich the planning of urban green space for earthquake resistance and hazardous reduction tomake sure that can meet the needs of people.Firstly, according to the current background, development trend and pressing problems whichurban park green space faces with, this essay presents the necessity and practical significance tointroduce the accessibility to the planning of urban park green space for earthquake resistanceand hazardous reduction. Secondly, based on the master plan, earthquake disaster preventionplanning and green space system planning, choosing Yancheng downtown as the research area,the essay evaluates the urban park green space that have the function of earthquake resistance andhazardous reduction on quantitative aspect and qualitative aspect, to find the urban park greenspace which is suitable for earthquake resistance and hazardous reduction. Finally, apply thenetwork accessibility to spatial layout of urban park green space for earthquake resistance andhazardous reduction to analyze the present problems. This paper optimizes the spatial layout byadding planning urban park space. The results show that accessibility analysis can simulate thedemand between the urban park green space and people. It can explore a new planning way andmake up shortage of the traditional urban green space planning for earthquake resistance andhazardous reduction.
