The design stem from the “Qianzi” that is the most unique part of suspended woodenbuildings. The author makes the space under the “Qianzi” to be public space which hasprivate claims, in order to encourage collectivist life style. On the other hand, The authoruses modern method to reinterpret the morphological characteristics of suspended woodenbuildings. This design hopes to explore how to continue the conventional life style as wellas inherit the traditional architectural form. |
