Currently, our government attaches great importance to development of high-speed trains,the adoption and implementation of the "high-speed train technology development12th Five-Year· special plan." Booming of high-speed train industry has also led to increasing high-speed train corporate orders, production and product life cycles continue to shorten, thetraditional manufacturing model is no longer adapted to the development needs of the modernenterprise. Therefore, the study of the production of digital high-speed train is becoming a hotspot. In Digital manufacturing process, we need enterprise-wide virtual factory by computersimulation, this will produce a lot of3D model, as many number of plants, resulting in a largenumber of factory equipment3D model. The model structure is complex, the model files aredecentralized, the model attributes are not standardized and so on, these make themanagement of the3D model even difficult, so the efficient management of the3D modeldata is very important.This paper develops a high-speed train factory3D model data management system,starting from plant3D model data storage and management, realize the structured storage andoptimal management of3D model data, provide a good data management functions.toaccelerate high-speed trains corporate digital manufacturing process, improve productionmanagement efficiency, optimization of production simulation, logistics and businesssimulation results and the whole display of the plant.In this paper, the main line is to build a data management system platform, starting fromsystem requirements analysis, got together real3D model management of the factory,through system design, database design, each sub-module design, system integration andimplementation, etc. gradually build the3D model data management system platform. use aclassic C/S structure mode, the system has clear structure,clear code structure, has goodscalability. |
