Research Of Technology Database For Process Based On Model Features

Mechanical manufacturing process data is an important technical information in the process of machining parts, and it is also an important basis for designers to draft process planning and arrange production plan. It is particularly important that whether a process data management system which has perfect function can be provided in the actual production. In the research and development of process data resource system which is face to the production, we will no longer stay in the traditional computer aided process design, but also take the process design and the way of process data management into consideration, make sure that process database can have the basic function of coordination, design and sharing, and can be expressed scientifically and conveniently. Under the guidance of the design concepts, this paper analyzed the structure and function of database system, and developed the database system, the following research results are drawn:1. Described the real research meaning and practical value in the development of the database system, the research status of process database at home and abroad and its development in the future, then raised the research direction and content according to the sustainable development of modern manufacturing.2. Based upon the comprehensive analysis of the database technology, raised the design idea of the process technology database system which is based on the model characteristics, and devided the function module of the system.3. Referring some authoritative manuals in mechanic, all kinds of parameters are summed up for machine tool and cutting tool, which are especially important in parts processing. Data models of the machine tools and cutting tools are established. With the purpose of expressing information of parts scientifically and intuitively, a method of data access based on model features has been introduced. The concept of feature was combined to the data system for setting up the data model of parts process parameters.4.Used C/S database application system, chose SQL Server 2005 database management system as data platform and Visual Studio 2005 as a develop tool, and built processing technology database application system based on the model characteristic. Implemented the fuction of referring , retrieval, adding, deleting, modification and etc.
