Because of the offshore wind power foundation is expensive, hard toconstruct and need to work in harsh ocean environment for a long time,it is important tostudy the mechanical property of the offshore wind power foundation. In this paper,thestrength,the fatigue life and the crashworthiness of the offshore wind power foundation ofpile-group have been studied,The main content of this paper included:Firstly, a finite element analysis model using the finite element software ANSYS hasbeen established. The load of turbine and the wave under extreme condition have beenanalyzed. Meanwhile the constrained point of pile has been calculated by empiricalformula. Then the deformation and stress of the foundation are calculated and checkedaccording to the DNV rules.Secondly, the fatigue of the concrete structure of foundation have been studied withthe software ANSYS by the fatigue equivalent method. According to the DNV rules andthe GL rules, the fatigue simulation results of the structure have been analyzed andevaluated. Simultaneously,the two kinds of fatigue analysis methods of rules have beencompared.Finally, the finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA has been used to simulate a1000DWT ship and the foundation’s anticollision structure which consists of rubber fenderand berthing structure. In certain impact standards, the simulation results of the strains,stresses,impact velocity-time curves and impact force-time curves are calculated. Thecrashworthiness of the foundation’s anticollision structure has been studied,meanwhile thesimulation results have been compared with the results of the rules’ formula.Under the circumstance of lack of turbine rules in our country, the mechanicalproperty of offshore wind power foundation of pile-group have been studied systematic,the research results in this paper provide a reference to the design of offshore wind powerfoundation. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Wind power foundation, strength, fatigue life, crashworthiness, Finite element analysis | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
