Research And Design Of City Multi Function Cleaning Vehicle Under The Guidance Of QFD Theory

This paper makes related investigations on the existing road sweeper and snowremoval truck’s function, appearance and technology, then finds there are limitations tousing sweepers in northern region with snow on the road. Besides, the function of sweeperis always simple and its use ratio is low. For the reason, the paper puts forward a designconcept that combining sweeper with snow removal truck, which can solve the problem.First，the paper builds a mathematic model to analysis the economic benefit ofmultifunction vehicle under different kinds of factors, and proves that the project hasfeasibility and market value. Then it obtains the requirements of customers byquestionnaire survey and summaries them. The paper analyses customer requirements byusing KJ method and AHP method, and knows the importance rank of the items. On thebasis of QFD method, the paper transforms requirements into specific product designparameters which should be evaluated by customers. At last the paper designs citymultifunction cleaning vehicle and makes3D module, according to the overalltechnological scheme that combines road sweeper with snow removal truck and themarket survey result.Research on city multifunction cleaning vehicle has practical meaning and extensiveapplication value. Standing on the perspective of theory, QFD method can guide thedesign of the product, which helps to increase the satisfaction of customer, reduce cost riskand shorten design cycle. Standing on the product itself, the multifunction vehicle not onlycan be used to clean snow in snowy day, but also can be used to clean waste in non-snowyday. The project will increase the use rate of vehicle and avoid use limitation caused by theweather. It may bring large economic benefits to enterprise and society.
