Hydrogenerator Group is the most commonly used industrial power generation technology,which the runner has the very important roles in hydroelectric system.With the development of the production technology requirements,the requirement of the capacity is also growing in the hydroelectric generating set.At the same time,the demands of the weight and volume are increasing in hydroelectric runner member,which will lead to make the some difficulties in the wheel static balance experiments has also increased correspondingly.As to the runner featuring with the diameter of more than 6 meters and the hundreds of tons of weight,the conventional support tools for static equilibrium test fails to meet the concrete and actual requirements set out during the production and manufacturing.Hence appears the hydraulic synchronous lifting system,telling its replacement with the conventional static equilibrium testing model.Compared with the traditional jack and other tools,hydraulic synchronous lifting system as a new synchronous lifting tool with some advantages,such as synchronization,stable,fast,safe,etc..Especially,it is suitable for the bulky,heavy and the high stability requirements workpieces and products and plays a very great role in China's modernization process.This paper dissects the various components of hydraulic synchronous lifting system,a detailed analysis of its working principle and the principle of control.At the same time,the mathematical model is established with the help of the basic assumptions and analyses the hydraulic synchronization stability jacking system.The hydraulic synchronous lifting system is built with their own,and uses the software of the Matlab/Simulink for hydraulic synchronous lifting system using wheel static balance tests carried out simulation analysis and evaluation.The simulation results can be obtained by hydraulic jacking system has a better effect,but there are some differences with different control methods in the control the accuracy of the obtained.The fuzzy adaptive PID has better control accuracy and the speed of response.With the successful application of the hydraulic synchronous lifting system in the axial-runner,it not only simplifies the wheel static balance test procedure,shortens the wheel static balance test time,reduces the required test tooling costs,but also has good universality.At the same time,this thesis serves to present the actual procedure and displace its effects while applying this hydraulic lifting system for the runner static balance test,and tends to study application of the mathematical model for the runner static balance test.
