Modified cement concrete paving asphalt pavement drainage grassroots, to avoid thepresence of base surface of stagnant water, so that the water entering the pavement structurequickly ruled out, reducing water damage and heavy axle load traffic conditions caused theearly days of asphalt pavement diseases, extend the pavement life and reduce economiclosses. New and modified cement concrete pavement materials, with simple construction,easy to control technology, easy to guarantee the quality of the project characteristics.To arrive at its good mix, the paper analyzed and compared using orthogonal targetporosity, aggregate infill rate and other effects of porous concrete mix of the main factors,proposed a modified cement concrete mix design methods and design software for future modified cement concrete mix design to provide a basis; modified cement concreteeffective porosity and permeability coefficient, splitting tensile strength and compressivestrength, flexural strength and flexural modulus of elasticity relationships and long-termnature of concrete and durability and fatigue properties were studied to establish multipleregression equation between performance indicators. And through the paving Lang-Zhuofreeway, Da-Guang freeway and other test sections, after the opening of its actual roadconditions to verify the correctness of mix, the results show generally good health of theopening, there was no one warping, swelling, tire pressure, wheel shear structural damageand water damage, and did not conduct repair, overlay and other conservation maintenance,road safety performance and good works.
