Through widely investigating on cement concrete pavement in Guangxi district, based on the f existing research achievements, according to fracture mechanics principles, the stress field of initial crack tip zone, microcrack tip zone of initial crack, subcritical crack growth and fatigue life of pavement crack I are studied combined with real stress condition. In addition, the effect of vehicles, temperature and water on its subcritical crack growth and fatigue life are analyzed. By retrieving and analyzing concrete fracture mending materials, and aimed at the characters of pavement concrete crack, micro-fine cement is selected as base material and granulated ground blast furnace slag as modification material. Workability, setting time, mechanics property, cohesive property, durability and contraction property are systemically and overall studied. Hydrate product, microstructure and hydration heat of GGBS modified micro-fine cement are studied to discover its modification mechanism. The relation between microstructure and macro property are revealed. |
