| Supervise and control the efficiency of industrial air conditioning will make very importantsignificance to the user, air conditioning enterprise, it will also have a positive impact onestablishing the Resources Friendly society in China. The target of this research is to operate aquick measurement of the industrial air-conditioning’s efficiency at the workingconditions.Traditional efficiency measurement should divide the laboratory room into inside partand the outside one,along with the high accuracy,the investment is too large and the time it takesis too long. This thesis applies the concept of enthalpy potential method in which out air andreturn air parameters, power and air volume are needed to determine the air conditioningrefrigerating capacity and its EER.The measurement of air volume used in this paper is differentfrom most of the current measurements which is the innovation point of the research.Currently,the mainstream measurement of air volume is the indirect measurement method,namely the measurement consists of the wind speed at the and its area,and the multiplicationcalculation of them. Because of the distribution of wind speed at pipe cross section is not regular,multipoint measurement and averaging method is adopted. However,this method needs too manypoints,and the operation time is too long. so,it is generally applies to the standard test,notsuitable for the measurement in the working condition. In this paper, applied with theself-designed flow hood,the wind at the outlet will be collected and distributed at a certain rule onthe cross section.Fitting a curve with Matlab describing the relation between wind speed andradius on the terminal cross section within a certain scope of air volume. Sum up the equationabout the air volume and its center of wind speed at the terminal cross section.Designgraphic user interface with VB to calculate the EER from the parameters the user input. Todecelop this program also needs the equation describing the relationship between four parametersof moist air that will affect its properties. This will help to give the enthalpy corresponding to theparameters which the user input. In this paper, the designing of the flow hood is mainly relying on the CFD numericalcalculation method,the method can maximally save the design cost. Making assumptions andimproving the scheme according to the calculation results of the preliminary scheme till to find thesatisfied solution. In the mean time, verify the reliability of the simulation results withexperiments, and the feasibility of this measurement device. |
