Research On The Management Of Chi Feng City Centralized Heating Project

Since reform and opening up,with rapid development of national economy, paceof urbanization gradually becomes fast, urban population continually expands too, toperfect city functions and improve city grade already become the important task ofcity development. To lighten the pressure of city environment, and meet the industrialheating need and civil heating demand resulted from the improvement of people’sliving level, Chi Feng City actively promotes the development of city centralizedheating system. With the constructing advancement of city centralized heating project,how to plan, organize and control the city centralized heating project by means of thebasic method of current project management has already become the urgent matter tobe solved during the construction of city centralized heating project. This thesisanalyzed the physical truth of the Chi Feng City centralized heating project andsummarized the investment, quality and schedule problems of the project, in order tofind a proper model of the management of the city centralized heating project andoffer some guidance of similar project.This thesis analyzed the Chi Feng City centralized heating project mainly in thefollowing6parts. Thethird part introduces the natural environment of Chi Feng City and the basic status ofthe city centralized heating in Chi Feng City, and briefly introduces the developmenthistory and current status of city centralized heating in Chi Feng City, and summarizesthe necessity and development significance of heating project management, anddeeply analyzes the construction background, necessity and outline, heating resourceof district centralized heating, network technical indexes, junction and construction ofheating network in Chi Feng City. And in this section detailedly introduces the designparameters of the city centralized heating project in Chi Feng City. The forth part inaccordance with the basic method of current project management, this thesiscombines method with practice, scientifically and generally analyzes and studies project management and control during the different stages of preparation andexecution in different aspects. The fifth part mainly concentrates on how to managethe investigations in scientific management method. The last part is a conclusion part,it summarizes the whole thesis, points out the feasibility and the key links of theproject, and proposes prospect on the project.
