Non-motor vehicle industry is well-developed in our country, in that non-motorvehicles such as bicycles and electric cars are still the main means of transportationfor majority of people in cities. It has a very important significance of themanagements in production and circulation process as they are closely related to thepeople’s livelihood. Because of the enormous production and utility and complexmanagement work, it is imperative to implement information management fornon-motor vehicles. This thesis puts forward and designs a management platform fornon-motor vehicles according to sales companies and actual requirements ofmanagement departments in Public Security Bureau of Non-motor Vehicles in Tianjin.The thesis designs the demand and overall framework of non-motor vehiclemanagement platform in Tianjin in practice operation, meanwhile, completes thehierarchy of the system structure and the designs of software, hardware and database,etc. By using some technologies, such as, JAVA, J2EE platform, SSH framework andB/S structure, the following modules are implemented, including non-motor vehiclebusiness function module, non-motor vehicle alarm module, non-motor vehicle theftand robbery cases and illegal and criminal suspects trajectory analysis module. Thesystem can complete the functions of acquisition, increase, deletion, change and checkof data, and set flag bits for the theft and stolen non-motor vehicles by matching withthe non-motor vehicle alarm management, so as to assist public security agencies tofight the non-motor vehicle crimes.Based on the measures of hardware structure, function and performance, andpressure, the research results indicate that each module in the design system runssmoothly, its indicators for function and reliability meet the design requirements, andthe system conforms to the requirements of security, compatibility, integration andscalability.
