In order to operate the system outdoor, add the long-distance visit model based on the ASP technique, The assessment use Fuzzy assessment method to add the rationality, build a mathematic module and the system of infection factor, confirm the subjection function and the weight of infection factor, make an good theoretic foundation for the going on research.The article use Visual Basic and Frontpage as developing tools, Access as Data Management System, data come from database to the software using ODBC.
